Last night, I did just that with a soothing soak in the bath. While the water ran, I took a few mindful minutes to exfoliate—buffing in gentle, upward circles to boost circulation and refresh sun-kissed skin. Then I dropped a few bath bombs into the tub and let the soft fizz and summer scents melt the day away. Pure peace.
