Whenever anyone visits our studio for the first time, they are almost always amazed to discover that we actually make all of our products here onsite. As a formulator and maker, I know that most brand owners have no hand in the development or production of their products.

Celebrating Nature Conservation Day, July 28th at Hawthorn Handmade Skincare. The Hawthorn Studio is surrounded by farmland rich in biodiversity. Growing up surrounded, I always had an awareness of the importance of conserving our natural heritage. This set me on the path that would one day lead to the launch of Hawthorn Skincare.

We are celebrating World Bee Day on May 20th. Bees along with other pollinators sustain our ecosystems and produce our natural resources by helping plants reproduce. One of our favourite bee-friendly plants AND skincare ingredients is Borage.
